Postcards designed by The Walking Dead illustrator and Patriotic Millionaires UK member invite wealthiest Londoners to join the fight for a stronger, fairer, and more optimistic Britain
“There’s no place like home” - that’s the message being delivered to wealth holders by Patriotic Millionaires UK.
The organisation, made up of millionaires who want to tackle extreme wealth and be taxed more, has been dropping postcards through high-end homes in London to share their campaign with other wealthy people.
The postcards have been designed by Patriotic Millionaires UK member Charlie Adlard, a renowned comic book artist and illustrator, who is best known for his work on The Walking Dead comic book - which spawned the hit TV series.
Charlie said: “The UK is a brilliant place to live if you’re a millionaire, but it should be a brilliant place to live for everyone. Brits deserve a better deal. That starts with un-rigging the system and taxing extreme wealth.
“We’re not going anywhere because, like the postcards say, there’s no place like home. We’re proud of our country and we want to invest in it. It’s where our roots are put down and where our futures can rise up. We need the government to agree and start taxing the super rich.”

Recent polling from Patriotic Millionaires UK showed that 88% of millionaires polled are proud to live in the UK and three quarters would pay more taxes to protect what they’re proud of. 79% of UK millionaires polled would pay higher taxes to create opportunities for young people.
These stats are included on the back of the postcards, which also read: “We believe our contribution in tax is something to be proud of. Fair taxation helps reduce inequality and fund the schools, hospitals, infrastructure, and opportunities that make success possible. We support economic and tax reforms to make the current system work better for everyone. If you believe in a stronger, fairer, and more optimistic Britain we would love to hear from you.”
Despite misleading headlines of a so-called wealth exodus, Patriotic Millionaires’ polling shows that millionaires are backing this country. 64% of UK millionaires polled believe that the government should increase taxes on the wealthiest in order to cut taxes on everyone else. And 57% think wealth inequality is damaging UK society. This comes as Home Office stats show the UK is also increasingly becoming home to wealthy Americans, with almost 8,800 US applications for British citizenship in 2025, a rise of 42 per cent on 2024.
Rebecca Gowland, Executive Director of Patriotic Millionaires UK, said: “Charlie’s art is iconic, and we are proud to be able to call him a Patriotic Millionaire. His beautiful postcards are a message of hope. We know many millionaires share our belief that a better, fairer future for everyone is possible, and we look forward to working with them to make it happen.”
